BSH, in partnership with Crayon, has successfully completed a project for the analysis of business processes and data sets for Rubin Trading JSC. The project was delivered during the months of May and June 2023 and included migrating data to SharePoint Online, implementing SharePoint Online and OneDrive features and capabilities to improve the workflow efficiency of the company and to enhance Rubin's Office 365 capabilities.
Key activities undertaken by BSH included an in-depth analysis of Rubin Trading JSC's current organizational structure (business departments, processes, and user permissions), information sharing assessment and information architecture design.
As a result of this project, Rubin Trading JSC's SharePoint Online Structure has been optimized and secured, with incorporated strict security and access rules. BSH executed a seamless data migration in accordance with the designed information architecture and completed an Azure Active Directory Configuration, implementing monitoring and security settings in Azure Active Directory, thus bolstering the company's data protection measures.
In addition, BSH delivered two hands-on, instructor-led training sessions for Rubin's IT team, including IT Pro Training for SharePoint Online and End-User Training for SharePoint. This project, delivered in partnership between BSH and Crayon, has improved Rubin Trading JSC's data management practices and facilitated enhanced workflow efficiency within the organization.
