BSH developed a mobile application for management of the working process of the technical staff in Lufthansa Technik Sofia. The application is part of the Digital Transformation Strategy of the company to modernize and transform multiple processes based now on paper, onto digital platforms for tasks management and technical information exchange. The solution is based on innovative cloud technologies, part of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Azure AD.
