Expert Reiser was established as a family business more than 40 (1982) years ago and is today recognized as one of the country's absolute foremost business travel experts. The company was established in a period when air travel was not so common, there were fewer flight routes, and complicated booking tools. The basis for the company arose in a successful attempt to create trade fair trips with scheduled and charter flights in collaboration with technical industry associations. Together with our loyal customers, we have developed Expert Reiser to become one of the country's largest family-owned travel agencies, with several leading brands. The Solution
In August 2022 BSH completed the development and launched an intranet portal based on SharePoint Online and Power Apps for the Norwegian group of companies Expert Reiser.
BSH delivered the SharePoint Online intranet setup and structure creation, developed an integrated app using Power Apps and conducted custom training for the power users of the intranet platform. In addition the platform has the functionality to create separate spaces for project collaboration, configuration options for project documents, project tasks and runs additional apps like integrated Calendar, Project news feed and dynamic feed with external information.
